So, I chatted with Hawky and decided to try a Candy Cane Hunt. Starting today, I will hide three candy canes a day for four days. (Thursday will be the last day.) I just thought about this the other day, so yeah, we're pressed for time. Otherwise I might've done a cane a day. Oh well! and 3 times 4 is twelve! The Twelve Days of Christmas! lol that makes no sense to me, there is only one day of Xmas. (And I apologize to those of you who don't celebrate christmas, but you're welcome to look look for candy canes anyway! Who doesnt like free candy? too bad you can't eat it! ;D )
Anyway, I am hiding three candy canes a day. They look just like this:
And NO, this one DOESN'T count!
Doesn't it look delicious? They are hiding in threads, usually more popular ones that had quite a few posts. But they are lurking in previous pages, sometimes, so you might have to look..
If you don't want to take part, you don't have to. If you do, please be nice (beware the naughty list!) and pm me the locations of the candy canes AFTER you found the day's three! Simply tell me the name of the thread, for example, if there was one in this thread, you would pm me "cane 1 - READ!" or something like that. Was that a hint? hmmmm.
I even wrote down the threads for myself so I don't have to go back and look for each cane myself! Yay!
The winner(s) and prizes are the only source of conflict. I don't have a definite prize. So... whoever pm's me first with all the canes (grand total for the four days) wins. So you need to find candy canes first all the time. If one person pms me first three days out of the week, they are the winner. If two pplz pm me, each winning first two times then each person will win. If different pplz win each day, sure, all of you will win a prize. Get what a mean?
The winner(s) can tell me what prize they want, a special role in a plot, karma, um... whatever, let me know and we'll work it out. Enough with the prizes junk. Go forth and find me canes!
