He was a bit surprised, after all, Flamestreak seemed very protective of his apprentice and rarely let her leave camp alone... He wondered if it was a mentor thing or a crush thing... he happened to have power over both in Gingerpaw's case. "Well, sure, let's go then. Do you mind me asking why me? I hope it's not too personal, I'm just curious. I don't think Flamestreak likes me these days," he commented, rising to his paws.

Lakefrost stopped outside of the gorse tunnel. He turned around. "Shoot. You can ask me anything. It involves Flamestreak and me??" he mewed, curious now. He fixed his gentle blue gaze on her, waiting. (coolio!)

(they need a connection moment. you know something that clicks the whole "I think I'm in love" thing. It could be anything, they are hunting, the sheen of the sun on her pelt, a sparkle in her eyes, maybe something big. ideas??)

"Maybe somewhere on ShadowClan territory, if you don't mind it there? I mean, it's pretty wet in some parts so most of you ThunderClan cats avoid it. However, there is a nice dry patch on slightly raised ground. A big pine tree grows on the top with wide, spreading branches. Perfect, don't you there?" he suggested.
