(GINGERPAW!) Arranged Patrol

[Rainy]

"Hey, Lakefrost!" Iriswhisker called, bounding across the clearing. The white tom looked up from his lunch (lol yes, he's always eating. but never more than he earns or deserved.) "Yeah? What's up?"
"Do you mind going on a border patrol? SInce Inkspill's gone missing, no one's been around to organize patrols. I hope Brightstar chooses a new deputy soon."
"Sure, I don't mind. Who should I take with me?"
Iriswhisker looked around camp. She wasn't good with this stuff. She had never been deputy! "Er, how about Gingerpaw. And... whoever! How many cats do you need? We at peace with WindClan, for the most part. Just the lakeside border, so you should be fine. Watch out for fox traps!" she called, and bounded away, leaving behind a puzzled Lakefrost.

[Lilly]

Flamestreak walked over to Lakefrost."Can I come,"he asked.

Gingerpaw bounded over and waited to go.

[Rainy]

Lakefrost shrugged, "Sure, why not? Iriswhisker didn't specify who could and couldn't come. I'll lead. Ya'll ready to go?"

[Lilly]

"OK," Cresentleaf mewed.

"Let's go," Gingerpaw mewed and ran off.

[Rainy]

"Hey, I said I was leading!" Lakefrost called after her. He shook his head and purred. "Apprentices... Wait up, Gingerpaw!" He bounded ahead, pulling in front of her. "HA!"

[Lilly]

Gingerpaw laughed."At least I was in front of you,"she purred.

[Rainy]

Lakefrost slowed down. He'd rather walk beside her and have someone to chat with. "Yeah, I guess you're right. So how's you training coming along?"

[Lilly]

"Good,"she mewed."Do you have a apprentice,"she asked.

[Rainy]

"I do now," he meowed proudly. "She was just named Blackpaw a few days ago. I couldn't believe it when Brightstar picked me to be her mentor!"

[Lilly]

"So where shall we go now," Gingerpaw asked.

[Rainy]

"Um... I dunno. Hey, Flamestreak!" he called over his shoulder. "Anywhere in particular?"
