history: Rainstar has been the leader for many moons. Her mate died many seasons ago, but she still misses him dearly. She is very close with her son, Briarclaw, and he was the obvious choice for deputy after Lightningfoot retired. Rainstar died shortly after RiverClan and ShadowClan leave the forest.

personality: Briarclaw is a lot like his mother, intelligent and kind and brave. He learned a lot from her, naturally. Though he has 'claw in his name, he's not too prickly (occassionally snappish when annoyed, and a bit impatient with the other Clans) and would die for his Clan and Clanmates.
history: Briarclaw is the kit of Rainstar and Smoketail. He breezed through his apprenticeship, and recieved his warrior name at 12 moons. He is an excellent fighter and a credit to his Clan. He is a good hunter as well, and at 18 moons, he was made deputy after Lightningfoot. He was young but ready. Briarclaw was both honored and humbled, promising to serve his Clan for the rest of his life for the best of his abilities. He was happy to serve by his mother's side, and didn't look forward to leading without her.
(note: Briarclaw is a brilliant fighter, a bit stronger than most of his Clanmates, but still fast enough to catch a rabbit!)
