Soulkit woke up from sleeping on her mother's back she slid down to her mothers stomach and started suckling knowing Brightstar wouldn't care.

Brightstar woke up dazed a bit. She looked at soulkit, and smiled. "Morning sweetie." She mewed. Jupiterkit padded with her wobbly legs to suckle.

Brightstar smiled licking Soulkit on her head. "Don't eat so fast or you will hiccup all the time." Jupiterkit let out a little squeal, and Brightstar picked her up gently, and put her by her stomach, and the little kit hiccuped out of no were. Her eyes opened revealing the greenness. Brightstar smiled. "Aw this must be the first time you have opened your eyes!" Jupiterkit smiled, and nodded, and went right back to eating.

Brightstar purred happily. "Do you have eyes in the back of your head dear?" She said amused of the backwards walking kit.

Soulkit laughed. She climbed on her mother's head and bit her ear."I got you you plump rabbit,"she squealed.

Brightstar smiled. "Ah! I am being attacked by Soulkit!" She mewed happily. She rolled over pinning the kit down. She playfully bit her stomach.

(I'm confused. I thought Brightstar was Mouseleaf's mate...)
Riverpaw dropped a rabbit at his paws. "Hello, Brightstar, Soulkit, Jupiterkit." The apprentice had just been out hunting and had managed to catch a rabbit. He thought he'd bring it to the nursery for the queens and maybe even a few kits. He was pretty proud of himself but wasn't looking for praise.

Brightstar rolled back over. "Oh dear I am sorry. Were we supposed to train to day! I am so sorry riverpaw I just got so caught up in my new kits I forgot."

Brightstar smiled, and touched SoulKits nose, and headed off with riverpaw. Jupiterkit got up mewing slightly. She shook her head rapidly. than a small robin flew in to the nushury, and she shoot up killing it. "Nummy just like the gondola day's." She mewed as she ate.
